Description

This course is designed for maintenance crew and crew leaders who have not yet completed CBLP level 1 Training.

We focus on engagement, interaction, and hands-on learning. Topics include routine and nonroutine BMP maintenance tasks, plant ID techniques, best native plants for BMPs, ID and management of invasives, and developing a maintenance plan. Reference materials will be provided to all participants.

The class will be taught partly outdoors.   Please bring your own lunch and water bottle.

Participants who complete the class will receive the CBLP-CREWS certificate.

Thanks to generous funding from the James River Association the Richmond, VA class on September 25th will be are offered to local landscape professionals free of cost.
