A registered Professional Engineer in PA, NJ and DE, Serves as the Engineer of Record providing Professional Engineering Services at the request of the Municipality including, but not limited to: planning studies, review and administration with respect to Earth Disturbance Permit &; Subdivision / Land Developments, Roadway Program management, Preparation of project drawings and specifications for capital projects, MS4 compliance and Preparation of hydrologic / hydraulic studies in order to develop solutions to stormwater related problems as requested.
