Current job position with James Madison University I inspect Erosion and Sediment Control Plans, as well as, SWPPP plans. I inspect infalls and outfalls of stormwater BMPs on campus. In my past job at the Lord Fairfax Soil and Water Conservation District I was the lead technician for the Virginia Conservation Assistance Program (VCAP). VCAP is an urban cost share program that provides financial incentives, technical and educational assistance to property owners installing eligible best management practices or BMPs in the VA Chesapeake Bay Watershed. These BMPs are installed to mitigate stormwater at its source and help address areas of erosion, poor drainage and poor vegetation on commerical, residential and recreational land.
